To fabricate this setup I applied acoustic foam panels to flats made of lightweight 1” insulation foam, created a hinge of velcro carefully hidden in the corner seams, and used industrial velcro to secure the jacks to the back. This made the vocal booth very lightweight and moveable and once it got to the location it was assembled in just a few minutes.
